Here you talk about what translation you would make, but you were supposed to make an actual translation, not just talk about it. So thus, you would create a presentation in part 1, then write an argumentative piece as part 2, saying what changes you made and why. In addition, I would say that TED talk and presentation are ending up being too close here, so I do not see a strong argument for why you would change a TED talk into a presentation. Thus, you will have to resubmit an MP1 that answer to the requirement of the prompt.
