Wordcount should be from 100-150 words minimum, maximum of 300 words.  * Posting contain one or more critical thinking questions or thoughts to stimulate interaction. Do some research and report on that, even if the questions are asking for your opinions as well.  * Proper mechanics (grammar, subject line text, etc.) are used, answers and responses are respectful in tone.  * Postings contain outside research, as stated sources like peer-reviewed journal articles, or pages from reliable professional sources online (*.gov, *.edu, some organizations)  * At least 1 Reference (other then textbook) must be at bottom of post and be in APA format or working Website URL. 2 Substantive Replies due by Sunday midnight  * Responses to other classmates (2 at minimum) are thoughtful and advance the discussions.
