This paper consists of comparing similar decisions made by two different sport organizations.  The situations I am comparing is the handling of two disgruntled NBA superstars’ trade request. The Miluakee Bucks with Kareem Abdul Jabbar and The San Antonio Spurs with Kawhi Leonard. Paper instructions along with rubric is attached. This paper should be about explaining the nature of the issuea and describe the decision-making style used by each organization. Evaluate the approach of each organization.  Explain which organization had the best results and why.
