Cultural Immersion PaperFor this project, you will select one cultural identity that is vastly different from your own. You will immerse yourself in that culture by attending a local event or visiting an organization related to that culture. You will write a short narrative of your experience (a minimum of 4 pages in length for the body of the paper, double-spaced and typed in Word) that describes the experience and, more importantly, describes your reaction to the experience in terms of your understanding of your own cultural identity, prejudices or biases that came up, and overall takeaways from the immersive experience.
