The first person is Victor. Here are some details of victor he is a janitor at NYU and is Puerto Rican, has two kids and a wife. Just literally make up a story of him like a biography. Make a pitty biography. 
The second person is Genobeba she is an immigrant from Mexico and is also a janitor at NYU. Just make up a sad biograpghy or something like that. 
The fact that they are janitors is important. You can like add a certain bad situations they had in thier job or something be creative please. I just want a make up story of these two people sorta like a biography.
