The students will read the below law review articles and report on racism in jury trials from the 1970’s, 1980’s and 2000’s, then juxtapose in a (five page) essay how the voir dire methodology and criminal procedure rules have contributed to minorities not receiving fair and impartial jury trials over the past thirty years.
