Write at least one journal entry reflecting on real issues of community leadership (or lack thereof) in your personal and work life. This should be a place where you can, in a disciplined manner, have a running conversation with yourself about what kind of a leader in process you are, and want to become, and how you can get to where you would like to be as a leader (or, not be a leader, but be a better follower).
