For this assignment, you will choose and assess a person from the news that was involved in a heinous crime or has a person who has suffered brain damage or loss of mental functioning (accident, trauma,  amnesia dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkison’s).  Your chosen individual can be a high profile case character, celebrity, or movie character.  You will act as a cognitive specialist to assess and provide treatment options for this client (cognitive therapies and cognitive activites/exercises). You will research the DSM-V, the Internet and/or use your textbook to assess your character. To complete the PowerPoint presentation follow the directions below:
