Chemical engineering capstone

This is a Chemical Engineering Capstone technical Report. My groups capstone project involves mRNA vaccine production. There exists a bottleneck in the productions process due to 2 microfluidic tubes (one stream is the mRNA the other stream is lipids, they connecting at a t-junction in order for the lipids to encapsulate the mRNA creating lipid nano particles or LNPs). We are tasked with researching this, modeling it in COMSOL software, analysis and provide a suggestion on how to make it better.

I am tasked with the following sub-topics on the report. The writer can add to the bullet points if they wish/need more to write about.

Economic Analysis
-Capitol required to run current mRNA production
-mRNA/buffer and LNP/ethanol per unit cost analysis
-Increased throughput revenue analysis
-Benefits of Running T-junctions in parallel

Environmental, Health, and Safety
-Biohazards involving mRNA handling
-Hazards Involving Microfluidic Pressures
-How to ensure no contamination of the outside environment

Ethics and Societal Impact
-Increased vaccination rates due to increase in availability
-Increased accessibility in poverty-stricken regions in world
-ensure EH&S compliance of vaccine producers
