A leadership career portfolio is a professional representation of major accomplishments and managerial career aspirations. MBA/Master’s students enrolled in leadership development utilize this portfolio for demonstrating their abilities and for future career opportunities, promotions with their current employer, or prospective roles in other organizations. Business students with well-designed and developed portfolios will stand out when competing for leadership roles specializing in one of the following: (a) accounting, (b) finance, (c) human resources, (d) information technology, (e) marketing, (f) restaurant, (g) retail, (h) sales, and (i) supply-chain management. The entire portfolio must be geared towards your dream career position. Skills and lessons learned during this course must be included.
