In this assignment you will read the attached business plan to identify five errors and I give you the first one. Is anything missing? Are there any major flaws? Do not concern yourself with poor spelling and grammar in the document you are evaluating listed below. Assume the business plan is written well. Please use the outline shown below when
preparing your assignment.
When you identify something you must list it and explain why it matters. I have gotten you started by identifying the first of the five items you must identify. There are at least ten items that could be identified.
Lastly, please ignore the lack of proforma financial documents. You can assume they were completed. Focus on the attached, written business plan. Use the following outline.

I. Introduction (Assume I don’t know anything. Prepare me for what I’m am going to read. Tell me what you are going to do – worth 5 points).
II. Analysis
A. First item. The business plan does not have a cover page (15 points). This matters because a missing cover page means the person reading the plan may not be able to get in touch with you. In addition, not having a cover page simply looks unprofessional. You want to make a good impression with the person reading the plan. In this case, the person reading it is going to make a decision about a loan application.
B. Second error (15 points).

E. Fifth error (15 points).
III. Conclusion (Summarize what you just wrote – worth 5 points).
IV. Please use standard, American English to write the assignment. Writing (what you write) includes proper grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and spelling (10 points) – this means how well written the assignment is rather than the actual business plan you are reading.
NOTE 1: I basically took a real business plan that eventually got funding from a bank and rewrote it with mistakes for instructional purposes.
