This Dissertation is a literature review on contemporary issues in business.
Writer needs to start with intro (word count for each section is stated on the headings) and then based on the paper’s title and my research questions work on clearly formulate objectives (that comes from main title/aim). I started some of this section but it is okay to rewrite it.
It should be based on literature I provided (some have links with access some just title so please browse online for source). Most of it is relevant only in some chapters (books) or paragraphs (articles) to my research questions so please be careful what pieces you are discussing. The sources with * symbol are primary for this paper and writer can use sources that been quoted in those tagged sources as additional and implement/quote them in the paper.
I’m looking for answer to my research questions so if you have any academic sources that would be more applicable that’s great too. I’m also looking for around 30 academic sources and 20 non-academic (online pages, industry stats etc) all with Harvard references at the end and in-text referencing too. Please keep the structure of the dissertation as is proposed in contents page.
Word count is maximum of 3800 with all content except references.
If any appendices (I’m expecting 3-4 at least) will be added please use specific section (number 6) and reference any tables, graphs or statistic data taken from other sources in this section. Every picture with propre description counts as 1 word to the word count.
Writer needs to formulate aims and objectives based on them. Please refer to my research questions to write aims and objectives.
I formulated 3 research questions but for purposes of good academic work it is possible to focus only on 2 of them if this would be more applicable for this dissertation, to fully answer the questions and to fit into word count.
Summarise findings, show synthesis. Give evidence by referencing more than quoting. Please be critical and compare different opinions with conclusions on each question.
We are using arial nova font 12 and 1.5 line space.
I attached file with the dissertation plan. I wrote some bits already just to help writer with kickstarting this. I’m looking for at least B.
If some pdf files with literature are necessary please let me know coz I can download some from my library (but not all).

There is a brief of dissertation given by the tutor. Please follow this too…
A paper should have the following sections:
• • Project title: This should reflect the content.
• • Introduction: Relevance to professional or academic field. You should indicate the significance of the review in the context of current economic, technological, social or managerial transformations taking place
• • Aim, objectives and research questions: This should represent what you aim to investigate in this project. It should include the overall aim, 2-4 objectives and 2-4 key research questions
• • Literature review: This is the main part of your paper and will be the longest section of the report. You should identify the subtopics within the theme of your study, review the literature within each subtopic/subtheme, compare and contrast different findings and opinions of various scholars, and summarise their findings and conclusions (and perhaps draw your own conclusions regarding the subthemes and the overall theme). Rather than stating who said what, you need to appraise what various authors wrote on the theme and its subtopics. Your evidence here are academic references (i.e. references to the publications in academic journals) and also references to real-life events that would support what the literature argues
• • Reflection on learning: In this section you should explain what you have learned from your study, what were expected and unexpected insights into the theme. Have you acquired a new understanding of the theme? If so, in what way? What are the implications for your own development, or the way you think about business and management, and/or your career? (400-500 words).
• Conclusions 200 words – did I answered for questions and aims…
• • Reference list: This should contain a minimum of 15 references from reliable academic sources (reputed academic journals) which should be cited within the text, principally in the literature review. (Internet sources such as links to company Web sites can be added as a separate section, although they will not count toward the minimum required 15 references).
NB: the word count suggested for each of the sections is only an indication. Sections can have more/fewer words as required, as long as the overall word count is not exceeded.
If you identified a practical business or managerial problem, please make sure that you can also demonstrate the importance of the research in existing literature. Your paper must engage with controversies, assess the ongoing debate in the literature on the theme, critique the available 2
opinions and conclusions, discuss new ideas and demonstrate a strong critical insight into business and management as academic disciplines.
Grading criteria
• Ability to critically evaluate, compare and contrast the views of different academics, analyse, synthesise and integrate complex information, such as principal findings within the theme and subthemes, main issues of debate, controversies etc.
• Coherence, logical structure, clear main points
• Analytical depth and ability to identify gaps and weaknesses in the literature
• Rationale behind conclusions
• Proper grammar, spelling, punctuation
