Name one legal matter that you think would be of concern to a funeral home operation.  This could be between the funeral home and a: customer, vendor, regulatory agency, competitor, internal party (partner, employee), etc.  Then discuss this issue; why is it an issue, how might it be avoided or resolved, etc.

Try to use a unique idea that doesn’t duplicate something that a classmate has already mentioned (it would behoove you to post early so the best ideas aren’t taken).  If you absolutely HAVE to use a similar/duplicate issue make sure that you approach/address it in a significantly different manner.
