1.  Complete the blank portions of the “Global Treps Project Risk Register Template” to identify residual and secondary risks associated with the project.
2. Review Figure 11-5 “Sample Probability/Impact Matrix” from Chapter 11 in the textbook. Create a similar probability/impact matrix as a new worksheet in the completed “Global Treps Project Risk Register Template.” Plot the risks from the completed “Global Treps Project Risk Register Template” on the probability/impact matrix.
3. Submit the completed “Global Treps Project Risk Register Template,” including the newly created probability/impact matrix worksheet.
