Part 1:
Watch the following Ted Talk Titled Feed Your Mental Health by Dr. Drew Ramsey
Then write 150-200 words on what you learned from this talk. Please include at least one quote from the video along with a description of how Dr. Ramsey believes you can feed your mental health. Responses should be typed in 12-point font, Times New Roman or Calibri with proper spelling and grammar.
Part 2:
Fill out the Wellness Compass PDF attached and submit the final page (page 9) with your totals summarized inside of the compass. Then write a 50-100 word explanation of what you learned about yourself from the assessment or give a future plan for how to improve certain areas. Responses should be typed in 12-point font, Times New Roman or Calibri with proper spelling and grammar.
