Please choose one of these primary sources or (in consultation with the instructor) another appropriate primary source. 2) Please highlight at least 10 specific words or passages within the primary source and provide a brief annotation for each highlighted element. Each annotation should consist of at least 3 sentences that engage with the highlighted element. You might, for example, raise questions about this word/passage, reflect on its role within the text, or speculate about its broader implications for the history of Mesopotamia or Egypt. 3) Once you have completed these annotations, please choose 3 of the highlighted elements and find at least 2 pieces of secondary literature that provide further information about each of those words/passages.
