Describe a CONFLICT that is professional (workplace), international, national (public), or personal, such as a decision/choice. If you are/were involved it does not matter, Tell where it happened, who is/was involved, whether there is/was a resolution, how and where it was achieved, if there is/was one. If there is no resolution, what would you suggest, how would it work, and why? Also, be sure to tell about the feelings involved, AND the CONFLICT STYLES (avoidance, dominance, obliging-accommodating, collaborating-integrating, compromising) used.

If you use a personal decision, please describes from as many perspectives/sides as possible. Please know that conflict resolution skills also use critical and sensible, thought processes. This is repeated in the first, four points on your syllabus. Any supplemental texts you use should be noted in APA format.
