For this assignment you will write a prospectus, similar to the one you completed for the CP, that effectively contextualizes your topic within the framework of persuading a neutral audience of fellow scholars that your solution is the least imperfect to resolve the problem you have identified.

Your prospectus will consist of the following elements. For each section below, write one paragraph or more and include at least two citations per section. Remember to establish a rhetorical tone conducive to your goals.

1. New Warrant – Find a new warrant–a story, newspaper article, event, or some specific set of facts–that highlights your tech, but also must, given the new rhetorical focus of the AP, which is to most effectively persuade your reader of your solution, show not just the problem that you are focused on, but also imply its solution. In other words, there should be a direct connection between the warrant you choose, and which problem/solution you are writing about. Include a clear thesis statement somewhere in your introduction. 
2. Revised statement of the problem – You will begin your prospectus by defining a core problem presented by your technology. This statement will detail causes, effects, who is effected, by whom/what, and present some information about how the problem has worsened, changed, or will become more urgent over time. You must also explain why this problem, or set of problems, out of all of those posed by your technology, is the most worthy of our attention. 
3. Difficulties regarding solutions – What makes this problem so difficult to resolve?  What has been tried in the past to resolve this problem and/or problems like it? Why have those efforts failed and/or been inadequate?  If the problem has not yet been addressed in any serious way, what are the anticipated difficulties/complications that make the problem so fraught?
4. Detailed, thorough summary of your solution – The bulk of your prospectus will be a summary of your solution as you imagine it right now. You want to provide specific details that explain WHAT the solution is intended to do, HOW it will be implemented, and WHY you think it will work. This summary will emphasize your solution’s strengths over other proposed solutions but also address potential weakness and shortcomings. This evidence in this section will be supported by a variety of evidence coming from multiple expert sources.
5. Summary of competing solutions and counter-arguments – The prospectus must articulate the most forceful opposition to your solution. Present these arguments as fairly and strongly as someone who believes them. What are the economic, moral, pragmatic objections to your proposal? What are all the reasons someone might disagree with you? Either because they disagree with your solution specifically, or prefer a different solution? Again, don’t simply “guess” here. Go find actual supporting evidence and arguments from experts.
6. Comprehensive works cited – by now you should have at least 5 new sources.

My topic is transportation. The whole assignment is called AP, Advocacy Project, which means giving some solution to a social issue that forms from the development of technology. I have already written some content about it. In this order, please help me to form a rough draft of the research paper that fulfill the requirement before.
