Create a report on how to hire, train and retain company employees for the business you detailed in your business plan. This report should outline the selection process for new staff, training opportunities, and three ideas for staff retention. 
As part of this plan, you will also design the following forms that you will include as an appendix at the end of your report. a. Employee Performance Review Form b. Employee Interview questions should be catered to the job requirement. 
A minimum of five questions should be submitted for each job. a. Optician b. Optometrist c. Manager/ supervisor d. Receptionist
