Based on guest feedback, and financial reports, you have identified variation in the quality of the delivered quality of service in two specific HR related areas: unusual large number of guests complaints about poor service in the food court area, and low guest satisfaction from the entertainment in the newly opened section of the theme park, comparing to the rest of the park.
