Questions

1. You work in a small non-government organisation, your role in this organisation is to facilitate small group work within the agency and wider community.  Prepare an agenda for a supervision session with your manager.  Your agenda may be dot points and must include items that you believe would be important to discuss at a monthly supervision session.  Your final agenda item is a written case study where you have applied one of the theories discussed within topic 3 to your Mezzo level practice.  Within this case study evaluate the effectiveness of this theory in working with a group or community utilising a decolonising and participatory approach to practice.  The case study should include reference to literature.
