• Design a 10-minute presentation about a 3-month strategic plan to be implemented

The presentation should include the following:
• Strategic objectives
• Executive Summary
• Environmental Analysis (S.W.O.T or PESTEL)
• Communication plan, including impacted employees, sponsors, and patients
• Goals and priority
• Additional components as applicable (market conditions, operation plan, fiscal)
• Plan execution timeline
