You don’t need to do a table of cases, but can just include that with the references, don’t forget the course book.It needs to be of appropriate quality and scholarship, citing to appropriate primary sources (statutes, regulations, cases), and reliable secondary sources. Have thoughtful and quality: organization, logical legal analysis, clear writing, grammar, etc.
