The final project will have two parts. First, you must create a simulation negotiation exercise. You will
write the fact pattern for each party (1-2 pages per side; 2-4 pages total). Second, you must write a 2-3
page paper (double spaced) explaining which negotiation skills the exercise teaches and how it does so.
