·       Select an existing small business (it can be an independent business or a franchise). You are requested to prepare a report answering the following points:

o   Describe the business, its products/services and its value proposition

o   Review the past evolution and performance of the company

o   Perform an external analysis, including external trends, market and competitors’ analysis

o   Perform a SWOT analysis and identify points of improvement

o   Make recommendations which include relevant initiatives, and relate them to the previous analysis.

o   Feasibility: indicate which resources the company will need, and which challenges the company may encounter implementing these proposals
