HR Challenge: Hire From Within or Outside?

Supports main points and recommendations with relevant, credible, and convincing evidence. Skillfully combines virtually error-free source citations with a perceptive and coherent synthesis of the evidence.

 Addresses the appropriate audience, using familiar, discipline-specific language and terminology. Uses precise and accurate vocabulary and effective word choice for articulate, fluent expression.

CRITERION

Discuss the application of any SHRM behavioral competencies to the process of solving an HR challenge.

It is important to develop your content further to clearly demonstrate your ability to think critically about which of the eight SHRM behavioral competencies should be applied to this process of solving the HR recruiting challenge. This should include greater detail of your reasoned judgements and logic in your response. This topic is one of the main focuses in our course and will appear in each of your four assessments. I would suggest creating a separate paragraph to directly address the SHRM Behavioral Competencies and which ones relate to the HR professional in this scenario.
