It may be a grant application, a school improvement plan, a technology or curriculum initiative, a public-relations plan, or another project that has practical application. Explain why it is urgent to address this issue using data to create credibility. Pull in any policy or legal references that would also support the urgency. Finally, introduce how you personally connect with this issue.
