• What is the product? (can be apparel, accessories, footwear, home, or beauty) GET VISUAL! And what’s your sustainable motivation/advantage/USP (unique selling point)? tell us 2 Designs for Efficiencies you will utilize
• What is your company’s mission statement?

• Competitors?

• What is the sourcing, purchasing, and the supply chain model? How do you propose this supply chain model will work? THIS IS YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN MAP FOR THIS PRODUCT
• What materials will you source? And how will you make it happen? What will be the environmentally- and socially-responsible practices of your production facilities? How will goods be transported?  How will you source (must explain in terms of the Higg MSI)?
• Slide 6&7
• What will be your TBL =People Planet Profit =Sustainability ( how do they align with your SDG’s)
• What SDGs will you align your company with and how will you measure success TBL =People Planet Profit
• Slide 8
• What is your plan for excess and unsold merchandise?
• Slide 9
• Marketing Campaign- Twitter, Tic Toc, Instagram, Facebook, Website….etc ( make a mock-up to help your consumer shop)

Please upload  your slide presentation defining your vision of a future fully-sustainable fashion company (of the near future- so it must be tangible). These slides should address all above points and also, must include visuals, as visuals tell a story better than words! So therefore not too text heavy.
