Personal Reflection Writing Assignment:  Confucianism(Eastern Ethical tradition)

We seem to live during a time of considerable divisiveness, unrest, and uncertainty in various aspects of American society (e.g., politics; policy matters; disparities, racial injustice, policing, the economy). 

Drawing upon your understanding of Confucianism, please comment on specific aspects of and concepts within the theory that might be helpful as we attempt to address and work to resolve such concerning issues.Specifically, are there lessons within Confucian theory for leaders – local, community, state, federal  — in attempt to address such?  

As Confucianism specifically addresses ethical leadership, please be as specific and comprehensive in your discussion of the theory as possible.
