After reading the article, “Funding Brooklyn Bridge Park:  Two Views,” summarize how and why Pierhouse,  located near Pier 1 of Brooklyn Bridge Park,  became a   center of controversy over the development and sustainability of  the park.  After considering the arguments pro and con, tell us which  side of the controversy you are on.
