This question has two parts:
1. Traditional supply chain
 Discuss the characteristics of the traditional supply chain, advantages/disadvantages
 Explain why the traditional supply chain is designed in such a way and what challenges it brings
 Link to the argument that how the traditional supply chain with its specific focus is not suitable to meet
the requirements of the CE.
2. Redesigning the traditional supply chain to meet the requirements of the CE
 Focus on what needs to be changed, why, and how in the context of CE
 Use examples to illustrate your main arguments.
Critically analyse the question from the perspectives of power dynamics, control, influence and
transparency.
