Instructions:

Find a news article written within the last couple months on a legal topic covered in chapter 12 of our textbook. (My suggested method for this: Do a Google News search using one or more of the major keywords in the chapter: “reporter’s privilege,” “open records,” libel, etc.) Summarize the case and its implications for the practice of journalism. (~200 words).
