I have been assigned to write a letter to someone that needs to hear these high-level ideas presented in the letter. The letter should detail an issue observed that has to do with globalization and global communities. You can pick anyone to write the letter to (as long as they are a somewhat known individual) as well as pick the topic about which you want to address them. After the letter, you must write a 300-400 word essay describing why the issue is important and why you choose to write to this person regarding this issue.
