There has been reports on employees stating that amazon has a toxic culture. I have to use Burke-Litwin model to solve the problem. I have to identify the extrenal enviroment for sure and from the middle part of the model i have to talk about three (one has to be organization culture) and lastly i have to talk about atleast two from the bottom of the model.
