Overview: Students, for your final project, please choose a business law case study regarding a recent issue that was heard by the United States Supreme Court. Please research one case dealing with an important or current event business issue that the Supreme Court heard in either the 2018, 2019 or the 2020 term.

Analysis: Select a case and identify the following: the case name, both parties involved, a detailed description of the case, the court’s vote, how the public reacted, and your opinion on the matter. 

Task: Please submit a three to five page paper that is double spaced and in APA format discussing the legal business implications and results of the case.
