The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate your understanding of the role of the professional nurse in
recognizng, addressing or mitigating common issues within the profession. This is an evidence based position paper on the selected topic.
The following requirements must be met:
Length – 5-7 papers, APA format (please do not write in the first person).
References – at least 3 from peer reviewed journals no older than 5 years old
