RISK ANALYSIS CASE STUDY & ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTION 
Acme Medical Center (AMC) has a long history and culture of quality improvement. They are currently in the process of moving from their existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) to Epic. They are super excited and hoping to benefit from improved features and workflow. AMC has an acute care hospital along with several outpatient and primary care clinics. They are hoping to take advantage of this move to improve cancer screening and vaccine adherence.  At team at AMC has been tasked with taking on this effort, and has prepared a project charter.  The charter can be found here. Actions Prepare a risk analysis Read the provided case study (AMC charter) Download the Risk and Issues Analysis   Download Risk and Issues Analysis template Identify at least 6 risks (6-10); 1 sentence column B, number them in column A.  (The charter may have gaps or you simply do not know from the charter whether the risk exists.  Use your instinct and critical thinking.
