Create a lesson plan outline on effective ladder safety.

Lesson Plan Outline that includes the following:  

· Title of your training (such as an OSHA topic/Get Instructor approval)

· Introduction –what is the training about?

·Training Objectives –What Knowledge, Skills, or Attitudes will trainees gain?

·Training Outline –Make a brief chronological outline of your material.

·Facilitation Methods –How will you facilitate worker learning? Lecture, games, case studies, PowerPoint slides, test for understanding, etc?

·Resources –List the references & resources you plan to use.
