Write a paper on a topic of interest focused on integrated business application.  The purpose is for you to pick a topic and explore it more deeply deeper and doing some research will assist you in the workplace.  For example, pay equity, pay transparency, executive compensation, impact of wellness initiatives, etc.  Due: April 25

The paper must include research articles from academic or practitioner journals (practitioner like Harvard Business Review, Sloan, Business Horizons, Wall Street Journal, SRHM).

Papers should be around 5- 7 pages of double spaced of content.  The content should not be more than 10-pages.  You need to include a bibliography.  It is expected that in addition to writing about the topic, you will also provide your prospective in your analysis
