accomplishment in the 1900s. Most processes were person dependent and there was no technology. The system worked since the people involved were less likely to leave their jobs. And, the people were less likely to leave their jobs because of lack of alternative opportunity and also because of the dominant societal cultural norm of continuing in the same job. We have three changes in the current era (1) availability of alternative employment (2) decline of societal norm fostering continuing in one job and (3) availability of technology. Given these changes, if these massive circuses existed in the USA today, how would you design the logistics systems for a circus in the USA? Ensure that the design is acceptable to the current cultural norms in the USA.
