You must present a short synthesizing review of 3 relevant journal articles on a chosen aspect of leadership, « Coaching leadership ». You must select journal articles on an aspect of leadership that is of relevance to the indicative content of this module.

The presentation should be structured by you introducing the main points of the journal article, highlighting the key findings, using recent examples from industry and/or your own professional experience and deriving your own conclusions or recommendations as to the relevance and application of this article to our industry.
