Background:

COVID-19 has changed the world of work dramatically.  Organizations have had to re-imagine the way they do business to accommodate the “new normal.” While some of these changes are temporary, many of the changes made by businesses during the crisis could have long-term and/or permanent effects on how we work.

2. As we return to normal following COVID-19, which work activities, processes, or policies do you believe will be permanently altered and why?
3. In what ways do you believe COVID-19 has changed the way people approach finding jobs and internships?
4. If you were looking for employment or an internship in the current work environment, what might you do differently with your job application materials and interview preparation to set yourself apart from other candidates? Specifically, in preparing for a video interview what consideration should you give to dress, lighting, sound, background, camera position, etc.?
