The assignment is to write a legal analysis paper that states statues and relevant court decisions.
The analysis follows the opinion of someone who believes NYC ELN law 17-140 to be
unconstitutional. The analysis goal should be to prove that it is unconstitutional using the
relevant legal data. In the document section I’ve uploaded the list of all ten sources that must be
used in the analysis. I’ve also included copies of the two NYTimes documents you may have
trouble accessing, the documents are numbered, the documents also have matching number
colors for corresponding documents.
