Reflection on Strategic Planning

Reflection on Strategic Planning

Instructions:

  • Reflect on a time when a strategic plan was implemented in your organization. This could be short or long-range planning.
  • Describe the actions the organization took to track progress after implementation.
  • Explain the person in charge of the review process. Describe the leadership structure, and all responsible parties involved.
  • If there was no tracking and review process, provide a brief synopsis of how the lack of review impacted the plan’s effectiveness, and provide recommendations for how it should have been handled.

Please be sure to validate your opinions and ideas with citations and references in APA format.
