The main and fundamental purpose of writing a review is to create a readable synthesis of the research available in the literature.
Initial Post: For the initial post, you are writing an abbreviated article review based on an ORIGINAL RESEARCH ARTICLE relating to a particular diet trend. The article should come from a an academic journal. Please submit your review to this Discussion Board to post your short article review. Make sure that you are summarizing the article AND providing your own reaction and opinion on what you read. Minimum word count for initial post: 400 words. The following items should be included in your article review: The title and retrieval information for the article (properly formatted reference -title, author, date, issue, etc.) and the URL address and date visited if available. The article review must site your source including title of the publication, edition, chapter, pages, etc. Another reader of your review should be able to locate your source and read the article without further research on their part. Dietary Trend researched in the study. A summary of 3-5 key points in the article. Your opinion on why you think this is credible research.
