Assignment: Research Project Proposal Essay Instructions

Overview

This short paper will help you identify an appropriate topic for your final project (project 5) , which will be a 5-8 page argumentative essay on an aspect of Colorado history that will be due in Project 5.

 **Remember that this must be ARGUMENTATIVE.  You cannot simply list facts about this topic, but instead must take a position on an issue and prove this position.**

Instructions

Select a topic for your research paper. Write a short essay to describe your project, its title, and the main era and people you want to examine. Discuss how you think you can find sources, and describe any difficulties you are having with your project. Your essay should be at least 300 words long, double-spaced, 12 pt. type.  No Citations as this point.
