What might be the reason for putting contemporary characters in such a wide variety of settings and
circumstances, and have you experienced (or had students who experienced) any of these problems or situations?
TIP: Tell about a time you experienced (or had students who experienced) any of these problems or situations? It says “have you or a student”. If you say NO, you won’t receive the points. The point of realistic fiction is that it portrays real life circumstance, so there is a book somewhere that depicts something you have experienced. REMEMBER TO MAKE THE WORD COUNT OF 500 OR MORE WORDS.
