Essay Prompt: The Florida Child Welfare League conducts research on various aspects of Florida’s Children, looking at how children fare in Florida. Focus is given to child poverty, abuse, neglect and family arrangements. Read Chapter 15 and the Florida Children 2019 Child Welfare League report. Based on the report and using Chapter 15, describe what you believe are the most important issues facing Florida’s children, and the powers and tools of government that may be used to address those issues.
