• Outline the issues regarding domestic violence against women and children. 

 • Outline target group (women & children) 

• Outline the intervention chosen that will be discussed (empowerment of pregnant women? Community engagement and particpation?) 

Rationale (750): 

• Summary of domestic violence against women and children 

 • Summary of target group (outline how women and children is a priority population as listed in the MHC prevention plan)

 •Summary of the rationale for addressing DV (must be clear and concise)?

 • Support all the above with appropriate sources included studies undertaken with chosen prevention plan

• Select ONE specific mental health promotion intervention relevant to domestic violence against women and children (?) 

• Describe the intervention 

 • Describe the setting, number of people who participated in the intervention. 

• how was the intervention implemented i.e., components

 • Describe how theoretical models in the development of the intervention and any results outlined in evaluation. 

• Make sure to use language from the spectrum of interventions to support discussion.
