Use the guidelines from NUR 472, 348 and the IHI modules to guide and facilitate the process
Form a team to lead in the development, implementation and evaluation
Keep a log of activities and time, identify which component of the PDSA cycle is used and discuss how your activities meet the objectives.
Faculty will meet with you as needed to answer questions.
